Due to the popularity of this event, I have asked Michelle & Sally to run more breathing workshops for us in 2024.
What would your life be like if you could release yourself from fear, anxiety, or lack of confidence. What if you could let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs and start a simple daily practice that improved your mental and physical health … and to do it all you only needed to breathe differently.
In this one and a half hour workshop, we will take you through the basics of Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathwork practice followed by a full breathwork session.
If you are curious about breathwork or have seen it recently on TV and want to try it for yourself, this is the perfect taster for you! This workshop is open to everyone over the age of 16.
All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind – and we will show you how to breathe and release! You should leave feeling calmer, less stressed and inspired.
Event Notes:
Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing (leggings or joggers but not jeans or skirts). You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal. Mats, blankets and pillows will provided.
There is limited parking at the venue, but there is free parking for two hours at the nearby parade of shops, only a couple of minutes walk away.
