I am delighted to bring you a unique, sound healing event which will be performed by Ralph & Liz Brown of Still Waters Therapies.

The Didgeridoo is one of the oldest instruments in the world thought to trace its origins back to Australian Aboriginals for use in ceremony and ritual practices possibly for thousands of years.

It links the listener directly to the Earth with its low, grounding drones and is the perfect aid to meditation, journeying or just relaxation.

There is no right or wrong way to listen, everyone will take what they need from the sound just as the Didgeridoos will pilot their own courses during the evening, we just provide the breath and loving intention.

Please note that we are not trying to emulate original and perhaps sacred Aboriginal practices, but have developed an enjoyable performance using two Didgeridoos, hand crafted by ourselves, played in harmony with a variety of other supporting instruments.

The use of two Didgeridoos allows us to mingle with listeners during the performance and with permission provide short individual sound baths.

Bring something comfortable to lay on, a blanket and a pillow as it can get cold lying on the floor. If you are not able to be on the ground, chairs will also be available.

If you have ever fancied playing a Didgeridoo, there will an opportunity at the end of the evening to give it a go!

There is parking for about eight cars at the venue. There is free parking for up to two hours at Church Hill’s parade of shops which is two minutes walk away. Please do not park on the residential roads as ambulances often need access as there are many elderly people living in the area. Thank you for your understanding.
